Employees: All employees share responsibility for their safety and the safety of their colleagues. They are required to follow established safety protocols, report hazards, and engage in ongoing training.

Health and Safety Officer: The appointed Health and Safety Officer will oversee the implementation of this policy, conduct regular safety audits, and ensure that appropriate training is provided to all staff.
